Bentley Library Orientation: Getting to Know the Bentley Library

The Library Services Desk is located on the main floor of the library and is the point of contact for borrowing library materials. Questions about book locations, availability, and retrieval should be directed to the Library Services Desk. This desk is the location for:

• Borrowing, renewing & returning books, DVDs, course reserves, and other library items. (Visit our Borrowing page for more information.)
• Picking up and returning Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials.
• Borrowing and returning museum passes.
• Borrowing materials to use in the group study rooms (such as telephones and whiteboard supplies).
• Borrowing materials to use in the video preview room (such as remote controls and headphones)..
• Requesting assistance with library printers, copiers and other equipment.
