The following search terms can be used to begin to locate books, articles, and other types of sources within library research tools and beyond. These terms may be related to theories important to the field, notable authors and contributors, or major concepts that can be explored.
The following three items (2 available online; 1 in print) are general encyclopedias and reference works that contain information on business, management, and organizational behavior. These sources will have encyclopedia entries and essays that provide overviews on topics that can help you define terms, identify notable contributors to the field, learn about various theories, and more. Many of these entries will include a bibliography or point towards important sources on the given topic that might be helpful for your understanding and research.
