This research guide has been designed to assist students in GLS228: Science, Technology, & Society with Professor Eijmberts.
"The course offers the students a general conceptual framework and analytical tools to understand, analyze, and interpret the role of science and technology in business, in government, and society as a whole through a lens of political decision-making. In particular, this course focuses on the role of science and technology in economic and social development, to which government- and other political decision-making contributes or can mitigate. This course regards science & technology as a tool, as a driver, and as an outcome of economic and social development, as well as business and public decision-making."
