RefWorks:

RefWorks is a tool for creating bibliographies and formatting research papers in the citation style of your choice (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago). RefWorks also allows you to easily organize and keep track of your references in folders in your RefWorks account.

RefWorks is an online resource and can be accessed from both on and off-campus.

RefWorks allows you to compile, edit and format bibliographies by importing references directly from many popular online databases and catalogs or by entering them manually.

Each Bentley University student, faculty and staff member has the ability to create their own individual RefWorks account.

EndNote:

EndNote helps you collect and organize citations in 'libraries'  data for the books, articles, and other resources that you use in your research.  EndNote libraries can be stored on your computer's hard drive or other media see they are always with you (no need to log-in to an Internet server).  You can import/export to EndNote the citation data found in many library databases and online catalogs, using direct import thus saving time and effort. 

EndNote's 'Cite While You Write'  (CWYW) feature allows you to easily format your references in a vriety of manuscript styles (e.g. APA, MLA, and more) and insert them in your paper as you write.
