Reserving Group Study Rooms using EMS


Bentley Library is excited to announce that study spaces in both the Library and the Student Center are now available to be reserved through the campus-wide EMS system! You can either log in online or use the newly available app to reserve spaces up to two weeks in advance for two hours per day. This guide will walk you through the steps and get you comfortable with the new system.

Reserving a space online

To access the EMS system online, follow this link: You can also find the link to EMS on MyBentley.

  • Click on the yellow "sign in" button and use your Bentley credentials to log in.

  • Once you have logged in, you will have an option for either "Library Bookings" or "Student Center Bookings". Click on the "book now" box for the building you would like to reserve a space in.
  • Use the "Date and Time" fields on the right to enter the time you are looking to book. Click "Search".

  • The available spaces that meet your criteria will appear on the left. If you receive an error message or the rooms do not display, please try again using a private or incognito browser.
  • Click the green "+" for the room you want to reserve.

  • Adjust the number of attendees and click "add room".








  • You will notice that the room has been added to your cart. Click "create reservation"

  • You will then be prompted to add reservation details. Your name should appear in the drop down menu in the "Group" field and this will auto-populate the other fields. Once complete, click "create reservation".

  • Congratulations! You have reserved a room! Your reservation will now appear on the EMS home screen under "My Bookings".
