Economics: Economics Journals

Bentley Library Resources for Research in Economics by Hope Houston

Finding Articles

Articles are great sources of information for your research. They may be found in newspapers, peer-reviewed or scholarly journals, magazines, chapters in books, conference proceedings, technical reports, trade journals, etc. Articles provide:

  • highly specific information on a topic, including hard-to-find data
  • the most recent or advanced information available
  • background or historical information on a particular topic
  • bibliographies that may lead to additional information on a topic

Some of the most revered economics journals in the field are listed here. All are available through the Bentley Library databases.

Interlibrary Loan

Can't find the article you need? Request it through interlibrary loan. Bentley faculty, students, and staff may request books, articles, and other materials that are not owned by the Bentley Library through interlibrary loan (ILL). All interlibrary loan requests must be placed online using Tipasa.
