Books and articles that are not available at the Bentley Library may be requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). ILL is a free service for all members of the Bentley community.
- All ILL requests should be made using the online interlibrary loan system. Log in to your ILL account using your Bentley username (email address) and network password.
- Books requested via ILL are generally received within 5-10 days. You will be notified by email when the books have been received. ILL books are to be picked up at and returned to the Library Services Desk.
- Articles requested via ILL are generally received within 1-7 days. You will be notified by email when the articles have been received. All articles can be downloaded in PDF format from your ILL account.
